Growlies is committed to only collecting personal information that enables us to serve our customers efficiently and securely. We use it to process transactions online, view information about previous orders, respond to questions concerning products and services, and sometimes send targeted promotional material tailored to our customers’ needs.

This information is gathered by lawful and fair means and not indiscriminately. We will never collect customer information without consent, except where authorized or required by Canadian law. We will never sell your personal information.

How We Use Personal Information

Growlies will sometimes use personal information to include customers in our direct marketing activities. If a customer tells us they no longer wish to receive these types of communications, we will stop immediately. We are here to help with the health and welfare of our customers’ pets, not spam them with endless advertisements.

Neal, one of our owners, is a former CEO of a software development company. He knows a thing or two about keeping data secure. As a result, we take every reasonable precaution to ensure our customer information is kept safe from unauthorized access, disclosure or loss. Only authorized Growlies team members have access to this information, and it is only kept for as long as it is required for the purpose for which it was collected.
